Description
The Sparco Prime suit was developed for the McLaren Formula 1 team and is one of the world's lightest racing suits approved by FIA 8856-2018. The Prime has unparalleled technological features created in Sparco's R&D laboratories. The project involved optimizing every detail in terms of material and construction. This includes an ultra-slim zipper, seamless soft Nomex/Vicosa cuffs and ankles, further reduced shoulder and collar padding, the use of finer yarn, and flattened seams. The Prime LT features a 3-layer construction using Sparco's patented technology. The third outer layer is a double-sided mesh made from the original DuPont Nomex Comfort woven using the Kompact system. The material contains a high percentage of anti-static fibers that provide extremely effective anti-static properties as well as breathability. Prime features pre-curved arms and legs, as well as a stretch panel on the inner thigh for maximum comfort. The Prime is available in three color combinations and sizes 48-66. Approved by the FIA and SFI.
