SPARCO RIB-PRO K7 RIB PROTECTOR

RIB PRO K-7 is the kart corset for the driver who requires maximum protection at the best price-performance ratio. The corset's shells have been developed in hand-laminated fiberglass and painted with the same technology used in racing helmets worn by the latest generation of drivers. The edge of the shells is rubberized to eliminate any possible abrasion with the suit, giving the product an aggressive look. RIB PRO K-7, in addition to the fiberglass element, is composed of two different layers (EPDM and PU) to cushion even the slightest impact during driving. The corset has been studied and designed down to the last detail: special internal slots have been introduced to allow greater breathability and ventilation for the driver, while the strap adjustment system, the same one developed for CARBON, allows each driver to customize the wearability to their liking. Sparco Impact Technology: the new SPARCO® technology developed by combining 4 mm EPDM material with 6 mm PU foam provides incredible anti-vibration and shock absorption performance. All energy absorption performance has been verified with an impact attenuation test stipulated by EN 1621-2 with a mass of 2,500 g (10 Joules) and a drop height of 50 cm.
