EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You can make exchanges within 30 DAYS of receiving your order.

Exchanges can be due to size, color, a manufacturing defect, or simply because you didn't like the fit.

The item must be UNWORN, with its ORIGINAL TAGS, and in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

HOW TO PROCEED WITH THE EXCHANGE?

Write a WhatsApp message to us at 11 5621-1216. Once we contact you, we will process the exchange or refund.

WARRANTY

To exercise the warranty, you will need to present the receipt or invoice that verifies the date of purchase and the retailer where the item was purchased.

Our Quality Department will inspect returned items, and if the damage is a result of a manufacturing defect or if the product does not meet factory specifications, the product will be replaced by returning it to the corresponding factory.

Our warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or exposure to extreme conditions for which the item was not designed, or when the care instructions indicated on the labels have not been followed.
