The filter cartridge used for the active noise filter is made of polyester and can be cleaned with solvents, gasoline, and compressed air.
This cartridge filters particles larger than 10 µm (10 thousandths of a millimeter) and is evaluated as the best compromise between air flow and air cleanliness.
The new cartridge has a barrier of blades to modify the airflow and reduce turbulence inside the air box.
The new intake ducts have a better Venturi effect with improved performance.
